Our Services

In the areas of water, energy and environmental technologies,

we deliver the below services.

Process Evaluation

We carry out performance assessment of manufacturing operations and production processes using the latest techniques in process monitoring, data analysis and information from extant control systems to enhance process diagnosis, flexibility, safety and environmental  compliance for our clients' facilities.

Process data are analyzed using advanced statistical methods to secure performance evaluation and may be used for applicable model development, fault diagnosis, adaptive control and other formal treatments including proposition of alternative comparisons.

We have worked with small to medium chemicals, wastewater, food and agro-processing  businesses.

Process Design

Process design is a principal activity involving the creation of plans and device specifications as well as prediction of financial outcomes, for the transformation of given starting materials to market-based value-added products, goods or services.

Depending on client's needs and predetermined market opportunities, design scenarios based upon performance models which have been adjudged  for robust prediction are put through techno-economic evaluation and optimization before final selection for detailed design and equipment selection.

The final choice will satisfy sustainability criteria and relevant constraints (government, safety regulations, etc) to ensure national and global competitiveness of the chemical manufacturing process. In general, the process design is a multistage scheme starting with raw materials storage, feed preparation, reaction, product separation and purification through to product storage.

In some cases, process design may involve retrofitting or integrating new units with existing operation.

Energy & Water Audits

Energy and water are two of the most prioritized provisions in the global human development enterprise. In chemical engineering processing facilities, the efficiency and sustainability of energy and water services are underpinned by reliable and adequate audits.

Audit is carried out to ascertain a consumption rate baseline, comparison of usage with similar facilities, operational conditions that may be responsible for excessive usage and recommendations for consumption reduction.

In line with the best international practices, we offer our clients water and/or energy audit at one or more of three levels, namely;

  1. Walk-through analysis (Level I)

  2. Provision of the utility (water or energy) survey and analysis report (Level II)

  3. Comprehensive analysis of capital intensive modifications (Level III)
